TISH jewelry values and respects customer information and does not share or distribute information with any affiliates or individuals.​ All of our online transactions occur through Shopify, and you can review their privacy policy here

With your permission, TISH jewelry collects names and email addresses for the sole purpose of email marketing. We use Klaviyo to deliver our email newsletters. Click here for more information regarding Klaviyo's privacy policy.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

These changes willI outline changes so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. 

We accept credit card and PayPal payments for online purchases. Accepted credit cards include; American Express, Visa & Mastercard.

Please note that registration is not required in order to place an order through PayPal Express Checkout.

All prices on site are displayed in CAD Dollars. 

Discount codes are only to be used by the intended recipient. Codes cannot be used alongside any other discounts or added retrospectively to an order. TISH jewelry reserves the right to withdraw or extend promotions at any time.

Shipping & Returns

Each order is fulfilled in our studio in Hamilton Ontario. The processing time for orders are 1-5 business days following the date of purchase.


All orders are shipped via Canada Post. We offer FREE REGULAR SHIPPING (which does not include tracking) for orders $50+. This option does not have a tracking number as it is sent regular letter mail. Once the order has been shipped we are unable to track it. Please note it can take up to 12 business days for your order to arrive*. If you prefer to have tracking on your order, please select that option at checkout.


*During peak shipping times such as the holidays, your order may take longer to get to you.


Domestic Shipping Options:
- REGULAR SHIPPING (NO TRACKING) $5.00 CAD for orders less than $50 CAD
- FREE REGULAR SHIPPING (NO TRACKING) on orders $50+ CAD
- EXPEDITED (INCLUDES TRACKING) $15 CAD flat rate
- FREE EXEDITED SHIPPING (INCLUDES TRACKING) on orders $200+ CAD


United States Shipping Options:
- STANDARD SHIPPING (INCLUDES TRACKING) $10
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (INCLUDES TRACKING) on orders $100+


Any additional duties, taxes or fees on shipments is the responsibility of the customer and TISH jewelry is not responsible for covering this.

We offer local pickup at The Reloved Boutique (226 James Street North, Hamilton, Ontario) during their regular business hours.

If you would like to pick up your order and avoid shipping, please select “PICK UP” at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up – please do not attempt to pick up your order before receiving your notification, as your order will not be there yet.

Here at TISH jewelry we want you to love each and every piece you order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to info@shoptishjewelry.com with your return request.


To be eligible for a return any items must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage is NOT covered by TISH jewelry and shipping fees paid at the time of original transaction are non-refundable.
