We accept credit card and PayPal payments for online purchases. Accepted credit cards include; American Express, Visa & Mastercard.
Please note that registration is not required in order to place an order through PayPal Express Checkout.
All prices on site are displayed in CAD Dollars.
Discount codes are only to be used by the intended recipient. Codes cannot be used alongside any other discounts or added retrospectively to an order. TISH jewelry reserves the right to withdraw or extend promotions at any time.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from the time of order and sent using Canada Post or Chit Chats.
Shipments within Canada: All orders are shipped via regular mail which does not come with tracking. Tracked shipping is available as an option at checkout for and additional charge.
Shipments to the US: All orders are shipped with tracking using Chit Chats and USPS service.
International Shipments: All orders are shipped with tracking with Canada Post.
Approximate Delivery Time Frames:
Within Canada: between 4-12 business days
United States: between 5-15 business days
International: between 10-30 business days
Delivery time frames are an approximation and may take longer because of customs. For orders outside of Canada, your package may be subject to duty or customs fees. Buyers are responsible for any fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

To be eligible for a return any items must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage is not covered by TISH jewelry and shipping fees paid at the time of original transaction are non-refundable
